Good Things Come to Those Who Work Their Asses Off

It's been awhile since I have done a new progress picture!
This is my favorite, I love to see where I was and where I am now!

This is amazing to see, EVERY TIME!



Note to self: One day of eating what you want=instant 2lb gain the next day! 
That is my lesson of the day so I can keep posting my progress pictures!

    Amen to that. My question is how does 1 day of eating "what you want" = a 2lb weight gain? I didn't gain 2lb's a day back in the day.
